Shipping Policy – Cassie's Custom Closet

All of our items are made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production time: Most orders are produced within 1–3 weeks, depending on the item, the graphic, and the quantity ordered. Larger orders or detailed graphics may take closer to the full 3 weeks.

Supplier availability: Our shirt supplier occasionally runs out of stock on certain styles, colors, or sizes. If this happens, production can take up to a month while we wait for restock or source an equivalent item. We'll notify you if your order is affected by a supplier delay.

Shipping time: Once your order is produced, shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
