Every piece at Cassie's Custom Closet is made just for you — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Because your order is custom-made, it moves through a few stages before it lands on your doorstep. Here's exactly what to expect.

Your Order's Journey

1. Order confirmed
Your order is in! You'll get a confirmation email right away, and your pieces enter my production queue in the order they were received.

2. In production
This is where the magic happens — your items are printed, stitched, and quality-checked one by one. Everything is made in small batches, so please allow 1–3 weeks for production. If my shirt supplier runs low on stock, it can stretch to about a month — and I'll email you personally if your order is affected.

3. On its way
Your order ships out, and you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it's moving.

4. Delivered!
Your custom pieces are at your door, ready to wear. I hope you love them!

How long does it all take?
Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering — production runs 1–3 weeks depending on the item and design, plus shipping time based on your location.

Track your order
Once your order ships, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website to follow it door to door.
