Refund Policy – Cassie's Custom Closet

Because every item is made to order just for you, all sales are final. Once you place an order, production begins with our suppliers right away, and we're unable to cancel, change, or refund orders once they're in production.

Please order carefully:

• Double-check your size, color, and design before checking out — we recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page.
• We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or colors looking different on screen than in person.

When we will make it right:

• If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
• If your order is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to reship it or refund you.
